These terms constitute an agreement between you ("you" or "your") and SEVGILIM  with its principal address at 401, AL Khaleej Centre, Burdubai, Dubai  regarding your use of the website or mobile app, goods/services offered, and any orders you place.

Before placing an order, please read these terms, the gift card terms, and our privacy policy. If you have questions, contact us via the contact information provided on our "Contact Us" webpage.

Product Availability:

  • Orders are subject to product availability. In case of supply difficulties or out-of-stock products, we may offer substitute products of equal or higher quality and value. If you decline, we'll refund your payment.

Payment:

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage from transactions, including lack of authorization, exceeding limits, payment issues, or declined transactions.
  • Payments are against the displayed MRP on the website and are subject to third-party online payment gateway terms.

Shipping & Processing Fee:

  • Charges compensate for order processing, handling, packing, and delivery.
  • For international orders, the shipping fee covers dispatching and delivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for urgent or expedited shipping.

Delivery:

We aim to fulfill orders by the delivery date specified in the Shipment Confirmation or within 7-15  business days if no date is provided.

Delays may occur due to customization, specialized products, unforeseen circumstances, or delivery areas.

Returns & Exchange:

  • Standard-size products can be exchanged within 7 number of days from delivery, except for customized products.
  • Money refunds are not applicable except for damaged/defective products.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product for a store credit refund, valid for 6 months from the issue date.
  • Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Customisation:

Our dresses are handmade & customised as per your request and the measurement provided, It is advised to please ensure about the product description carefully before placing your order. Product will be checked for defects and faults before delivery. Slight variations of fabric and colors may occur since every product is handmade and fabric batches may differ from product to product. We have a strict no refund policy on customized dresses . A dress cannot be returned or exchanged if its fits according to order specifications.
